We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Virtual Assistant with proven experience using the KVCORE CRM platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing various real estate tasks to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize KVCORE CRM to manage contacts, leads, and client communication.
Create and manage marketing campaigns through KVCORE, including
Automate lead follow-ups and nurture campaigns to maximize engagement.
Generate and analyze reports to track campaign performance and client interactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM.
Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
Coordinate with tea
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency with KVCORE CRM is a must.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with other real estate tools and platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
