Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Base + Commission) | Rentals & Investment Lead Generation
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to assist with rental transactions and investment property lead generation. This is a remote role with a base salary + commission, offering strong earning potential for those who perform well.

For rentals, you will assist with listing properties, responding to inquiries, pre-screening tenants, scheduling showings, and coordinating lease applications. You will NOT negotiate lease terms or handle contract signings—your role is strictly administrative support for rental transactions.

For investment properties, you will assist in finding and researching off-market deals, gathering property owner contact details, and conducting outreach via email, text, and calls to determine potential seller interest. You will also help organize data, track follow-ups, and conduct market research to evaluate property opportunities. Since this work is for investment purposes rather than brokerage activities, you can be more hands-on in identifying and analyzing properties.

Compensation
Base Salary: $250 per month (guaranteed)
Performance-Based Commissions:

$250 - $500 per successful rental transaction you assist with
$5,000 - $10,000 per off-market property deal that leads to a successful acquisition
The base salary ensures stability, while the commission rewards high-performing assistants with unlimited earning potential.

What We're Looking For
Experience in real estate research, lead generation, or administrative support (preferred but not required)
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
Strong research, data entry, and organizational skills
Comfortable with outreach via calls, texts, and emails (no sales closing required)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
