Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate investment firm, seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. As we scale our operations, we need a highly organized and results-driven individual with expertise in cold calling and CRM management to help us streamline our processes and connect with potential leads.

Role Summary:
As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be making cold calls to potential clients and managing leads within our CRM systems. You will need to be comfortable handling high volumes of calls while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization within various CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential real estate sellers. Engage in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and qualify leads effectively.
• CRM Management: Utilize platforms such as REI Reply, Go HighLevel, CallTools, ReadyMode, and other CRM systems to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
• Lead Organization & Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of lead information into the CRM. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all communications are documented.
• Follow-Ups & Lead Nurturing: Consistently follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and update them in the CRM to move them through the sales funnel.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track cold-calling performance, update reports on lead conversions, and provide feedback on system usage and lead management.

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, particularly within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software, specifically REI Reply, Go HighLevel, CallTools, ReadyMode, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage a large volume of leads and data in an efficient manner.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in real estate lead generation and sales processes is highly desirable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not mandatory.
