Position Overview:
The Cold Calling Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential property sellers, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for our acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential sellers to introduce our company, gauge interest in selling, and gather property details.
Building Relationships: Establish a rapport with property owners, answer their questions, address their concerns, and provide necessary information about our company and the selling process.
Data Management: Record and update details of calls, including the outcome, feedback, and any follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Appointments: Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team to meet with interested sellers.
Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the management team on market insights, seller objections, and potential areas of improvement.
