KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) CRM & Lead Management – Organize, structure, and maintain lead data in Sierra Interactive. Build and automate workflows, tagging, and follow-up sequences to optimize outreach and referrals.
2) Lead Engagement – Monitor inbound leads from social media, assist with follow-ups, schedule lead touchpoints, and maintain referral network communication.
3) Appointment & Calendar Management – Oversee daily scheduling, send meeting reminders, coordinate with clients and vendors, and assist with event coordination.
4) Real Estate Administrative Support – Generate CMAs, navigate MLS for property data, manage document collection, and prepare transaction-related documents.
5) Event Marketing & Outreach – Assist in planning and promoting client appreciation events, send invitations, track responses, and create marketing materials.
6) Communication & Coordination – Send reminders, follow up with past clients, take voice notes for task execution, and maintain a consistent communication style on behalf of Ashley.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Sierra Interactive CRM (or similar real estate CRMs).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MLS, CMAs, and real estate document preparation.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of automation tools and social media platforms.
