How You Will Contribute:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional client service through
• Manage and update internal systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support various departments with tasks as needed, including marketing, customer service, and operations.
• Perform general office tasks such as data entry, file management, and maintaining digital records.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
• Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with real estate or financial services industry is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with experience using various virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of tasks and responsibilities.
