JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant who can seamlessly juggle multiple roles including Transaction Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, and Podcast & Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will support our real estate business by managing transactions, creating visual content, handling social media platforms, and assisting in marketing and podcast initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Transaction Corrdination
Graphic Designing
Social Media Management
Digital Marketing
Podcast
Qualifications:

3 or more years experience as Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
Familiarity with real estate CRMs such as RedX, GHL and Loopnet.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Experience with podcast production and editing.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing campaigns
