Virtual Assistant for Realtor (20 Hours/Week, Morning Shift)

Virtual Luxe Solutions, a leading agency providing top-notch virtual assistant services, is seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to support one of our realtors. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and the potential for additional work within our agency, leading to a full-time role.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support a realtor with the following tasks:

1. Email Management: Organizing and responding to emails, managing email campaigns.
2. Social Media: Managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers.
3. Marketing: Assisting with marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
4. CRM Clean-Up: Maintaining and updating the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
5. Lead Management: Managing leads, tracking follow-ups, and nurturing relationships.
6. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
7. Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Must be available to work 20 hours per week during the morning shift.
- Proven experience in email management, social media, marketing, CRM, lead management, and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
