Real Estate Video Editor – Walkthrough & Social Media Videos (Final Cut Pro Preferred)

We are looking for a skilled video editor to create 30-120 second real estate walkthrough videos in both horizontal and vertical formats for social media and MLS. The ideal candidate has experience with color grading LOG footage, motion graphics, and sound design and is comfortable working with Final Cut Pro or other professional editing software.

This is a contract-based position with the potential for full-time employment if work quality and consistency meet expectations.

? Key Details:
• Per-project work initially, with potential for a monthly salary
• Required: 24-72 hour turnaround for edits
• Required: Ability to work through nights in U.S. time zones and be available until 12 PM Central Time for revisions
• Required: Slack for communication (applicant covers cost during probationary period)
