Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve & Blackmagic Cloud)

We are looking for a skilled video editor with experience in DaVinci Resolve and Blackmagic Cloud to join our team. Our projects focus on lifestyle real estate and real estate interiors, capturing high-end properties in their best light.

Responsibilities:
* Edit and refine real estate videos for marketing and social media.
* Organize and cut footage according to the numbered sequence provided.
* Maintain an efficient workflow within Blackmagic Cloud.
* Apply creative storytelling techniques to highlight property features.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Blackmagic Cloud workflows.
* Strong experience in cutting, sorting, and organizing footage.
* Understanding of real estate videography and lifestyle editing styles.
* Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with high-end real estate marketing trends.
* Speed ramps, camera shakes, and other modern trendy transitions.
