Real Estate Vacant Land Analyst

We are looking for a fulltime Comping & Underwriting Expert for our land investing company.

The company was founded in 2019. Our business sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate. We currently generate 250-400 new buyer leads per month, and are selling about 5-12 properties per month.

For generating sellers leads we do the following:

1) Cold Emailing
2) Cold texting

We currently are sending 55,000 texts per month within Launch Control and scaling it to 125k texts . Averaging 220+ seller leads per month.

In this role, you'll be reviewing the qualified properties, comp them, do accurate underwriting and provide all these details to the Acquisitions Manager in our CRM so they can take it from there and close the deal with the sellers after negotiating further.

For this role, we need an expert who has prior experience in comping & underwriting properties on a daily basis and do their due diligence and making sure the properties are worth moving forward with.

Soft Skills needed...

1) Fluent in speaking and writing english
2) Detail Orientated (Should have hawk eye when comping & underwriting properties)
3) Kind and empathetic.
4) Hungry for professional growth

Technical Skills needed

1) CRM experience, we use FollowUpBoss (CRM) - Preferable

2) LandInsights (This is a new tool, we will train on this)

3) MapRight (land.id) (land due diligence tool) - Preferable

4) Familiar with G Suite (Google Drive)

5) Proficient with using County websites to source property information - Preferable

6) Slack for team communication

7) Redfin for comping properties - Preferable

8) Zillow for comping properties - Preferable

9) Land.com network of sites for comping properties

10) Fluent in conversational english

11) Decent knowledge on usage of Microsoft Office or Google Docs

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time).

Pay:

Base Salary: $4/hr - $7/hr
