We are seeking a talented Real Estate Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong editing skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging real estate videos. You will work closely with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to create visually appealing content that helps showcase properties in the best light.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit high-quality real estate listing videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
Enhance footage with color correction, stabilization, and visual effects to maintain a professional look.
Add music, voiceovers, and text overlays to highlight property features.
Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and MLS listings.
Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency and storytelling standards.
Manage project timelines and deliver content within deadlines.
Stay updated with video editing trends and tools to improve production quality.


Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and audio editing.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with drone footage and 360° virtual tours.
Background in photography or cinematography.
