JOB OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions from listing to closing in a remote or online environment. The following are the typical duties and responsibilities of a transaction coordinator:

Experience in Bright MLS is a big PLUS

1. Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings etc.
2. Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities.
3. Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
4. Input all client information into the client database system.
5. Coordinate showings & obtain feedback.
6. Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
7. Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
8. Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
9. Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders etc.
10. Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.

Requirements:

1. Must have good grammar and comprehension.
2. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, etc. and transaction coordination CRM.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Experience as a transaction coordinator is required.
