Real Estate VA - Cold Caller/Lead Generation ( JOB ID : NICKVA)

Hours : 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST with 1 hour lunch break - Mondays-Fridays
Pay rate : $800-$900/month - can offer more depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:
Client Management, Lead Tracking, Communication, Calendar Management

Database Management:
Data Entry and Updates, Data Cleanup, Database Segmentation, Reporting and Analysis

Cold Calling:
Prospecting, Call Execution, Lead Qualification, Follow-Up, Performance Tracking

Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist with setting up email blasts and appointment scheduling.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media marketing and content posting.
• Handle expired listings and circle prospecting.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate virtual assistance, CRM management, and cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, persistent, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Tech Requirement:
Core i3 with 8 GB RAM and SSD storage or equivalent
at least 40mbps internet speed
preferably with a backup power supply and internet
