Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to engage with realtors via email, LinkedIn, and digital marketing efforts. This role does not involve appointment scheduling; instead, it focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, digital outreach, CRM management, and content coordination to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Realtor Outreach & Engagement
- Initiate and maintain communication with realtors via email, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
- Introduce Thornton Home Inspections’ services and ensure realtors understand the benefits of working with us.

- Content & Social Media Support
- Assist in creating and distributing content (emails, blog posts, newsletters) tailored for realtors.
- Manage and update realtor-specific pages on our website and social media platforms.
- CRM Management & Follow-Ups
- Track realtor interactions, follow-ups, and engagement using a CRM system.
- Ensure consistent communication without being intrusive or spammy.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Research industry trends and competitors to improve outreach strategies.
- Identify new engagement opportunities to expand our reach within the real estate community.
- Gather & Implement Feedback
- Collect feedback from realtors to refine messaging and improve service offerings.

Additional Job Requirements:
- College - Educated
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent English grammar: written and spoken
- Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection
- Very reliable power and backup power
- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Based on the client's request operating hours - Monday through Friday, 40-hour/week
