Southern Acres is a real estate investment company focused on purchasing vacant land at a discount and exploring residential development in North and South Carolina. We’re looking for a Real Estate VA to assist with site selection and list building for the marketing team. Additionally, this role will support our development team and be creating diligence packages on our potential development sites. This will be a research task looking into the zoning, utilities, and access for the sites in question.

You’ll build and maintain a target land list, and manage data using Excel. We seek a candidate with strong Excel skills, data management experience, and a willingness to learn real estate tools like LandVision, Land ID, and GIS.

This is a remote, full-time role with compensation between $650.00 and $1000.00 per month, negotiable based on experience, and room for growth within the company.
