JOB OVERVIEW

AZ (USA) Real Estate Company seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Assistant. In this role, you will support our State-level Real Estate Transaction Coordinator by completing a variety of important tasks to ensure the smooth progression of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Open escrow for transactions
-Schedule property inspections
-Send documents for signatures
-Coordinate documents with title companies and lenders
-Respond to email inquiries from clients, title companies, and lenders
-Create and update transaction files in real estate software
-Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved
-Highly prefer previous real estate transaction coordination experience supporting a US/Canadian Company

List of the things about the company and the role:
-Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Texas (US) time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
-Salary is paid twice a month, on the 10th and 25th.
-Payment is made via Wise, with a salary of $700 USD per month.
-Work will be conducted through email, Slack, and video meetings.

We are a fast-growing real estate team based in Phoenix, AZ, with locations across the USA. We currently have 7 offices and 250 agents, with a goal to expand to 100 offices and 5,000 agents by the end of 2028. The company has massive growth potential and is very stable, having been in business for 9 years. We currently employ 13 VAs and are continuing to grow.
