Job Title: Transaction Coordinator & Admin (Same Role)
Location: Virtual

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate team by managing all aspects of the transaction process. The ideal candidate is highly efficient, a strong communicator, and skilled in coordinating multiple parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Real Estate Experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
Manage and track all real estate transactions from contract to close.
Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
Review contracts, addenda, and documents for accuracy and completion.
Ensure all necessary signatures, documentation, and escrow funds are received.
Maintain accurate records in transaction management systems (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope).
Provide regular updates to clients and agents on transaction progress.
Schedule inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
Assist with post-closing file organization and compliance.

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar real estate role preferred.
Familiarity with real estate contracts, processes, and timelines.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
