Real Estate Trainer/Coach

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and dynamic Real Estate Trainer/Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate, industry knowledge, and a passion for coaching others to succeed. As a Real Estate Trainer/Coach, you will develop and deliver training programs, provide mentorship and support for real estate cold callers in reaching their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Create training modules (ppt) - monthly or quarterly assessments for knowledge for cold callers
- Work closely with management to ensure training programs align with the company’s objectives and improve overall team performance.
- When there's no training, the trainer/coach will do quality assurance


Qualifications:
- Has been in the real estate industry for 1+ years
- Handled remote classroom type of discussion
- Knows real estate terms and roles


What we offer:
- Full-time work from home position
- Work hours: 10 AM - 6 PM Pacific time
- Earn $5-6 per hour for 40 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.
