Overview:
We are a USA-based real estate company specializing in the acquisition and resale of vacant land parcels across the United States. We are looking to add a full-time Land Texting Manager to our team.
This is a full-time remote position, requiring excellent self-management and discipline. As a Land Text Manager, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound texts and responding to incoming inquiries from potential clients.
We have scripts and formulas to help you in this process. This vital role serves as the initial point of contact with potential sellers and is instrumental in our growth trajectory.

About:
As a Texting Manager,, you will be reaching out to individuals who have had no prior contact with our company but may have interest in selling their vacant land. The ultimate objective is to build rapport with these new leads over text while getting valuable property details for us to come up with an offer. Once qualified, these leads will then be handed of to our head Acquisitions Manager to close.
An average day will consist of 5-6 hours of reaching out to interested contacts and 1-2 hours of backend work. You'll aim to text 2000 different contacts per day, with 30 minutes to one hours of talk time and a goal of setting 1-2 qualified seller leads per day for our Acquisitions Manager. Outside of calling, you'll be expected to attend daily/ weekly meetings and tranings with the rest of the team over Zoom.
Many of the landowners will have very specific questions about real estate and the closing process when we contact them. It's our expectation that you'll spend the first 7 days on the job going through our trainings to understand land and prepare yourself for getting on the phones and speaking comfortably with land owners. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is a team player.
We are looking to hire a driven individual with an interest in real estate who is looking for a long-term position. We offer a supportive environment and the opportunity to grow within the company.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 AM to 7PM EST
Pay $5 USD hr (depending on experience), 40 hrs per week.
BONUSES: We pay a $200 bonus commission for any lead that you generate that results in a successful deal.
We expect 2-4 deals to be closed from your setting a month, netting you a potential $

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience communicating with customers over the phone (real estate experience is a big plus!)
You must be comfortable and enjoy being on the phone, interacting with potential sellers, qualifying prospects, and supporting our sales team to acquire properties.
Ability to handle various types of vacant land-related conversations.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching out to potential sellers.
You MUST be able to take direction and run with it. I can't answer little questions all day. With that said, I am a great teacher and will equip you with everything you need!
You MUST be able to give feedback... What's working? What's not? How can we improve our process?
You need to be very comfortable making phone calls to land sellers. You must be able to confidently deliver a message over the phone and understand you may not get favorable responses.
You must be reliable. If you say you will do something, it must be done.
Hungry for professional growth (As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you'd like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income.
The ideal applicant will need little to no oversight within 6 weeks of hiring. That being said, my only goal is to support YOU and help YOU make as much money as possible.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY be willing to do training, follow our systems and be consistently practicing to get better.

Technical Requirements:
Laptop or PC (with a processor of i3 or higher, and at least Windows 10 operating system).
Stable wired internet connection (with a speed exceeding 20 Mbps for both download and upload).
Backup computer (an alternative device ready for immediate use in case your primary PC encounters issues).
Backup internet source (pocket wifi or an alternative internet connection) to overcome any connectivity hurdles.

The assessment includes a basic working-with-data questionnaire, personality test, English test, and a few short answer questions based on your previous experience in real estate/ phone sales. Don't worry—it's nothing too intense and should only take about an hour of your time.
