As our Texter for Seller Financing, you’ll initiate and manage text-based negotiations with property owners and realtors to explore seller financing options. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a predictable, organized environment. You’ll collect initial information, establish rapport, and ensure all follow-ups are efficiently managed—all while enjoying a methodical and steady-paced workflow.
What You’ll Do:
- Text-based Negotiations: Start and maintain professional, direct, and fact-based text conversations with realtors and property owners to determine seller financing potential.
- Research and Compile Data: Methodically research, update, and manage lists of realtors and properties according to targeted criteria, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Systematic Uploading: Upload contact information and property details in an organized manner to our messaging platform for seamless communication.
- Timely Responses: Respond to incoming messages promptly, following a clear process to maintain an engaging yet straightforward tone.
- Track and Report: Diligently document each conversation's progress, capturing essential details and outcomes for team reporting.
- Coordinate with the Team: Prepare the groundwork for more formal offers and phone discussions based on your text interactions.

- Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
