We are currently seeking a member of our Leadership Team who can work from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (Monday - Friday).
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Oversee a team of five members within the leadership team.
• Handle administrative tasks and manage documents to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct data entry and organization, ensuring documents are completed accurately and saved for easy access.
• Perform administrative duties and track follow-up items.
• Assist the transaction coordination team with various tasks during transactions.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience with real estate, title companies, or related businesses is preferred.
• Knowledge of

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong administrative experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
• $4 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses
• 13th-month pay (prorated in the first year based on time worked)
• Vacation time: 1 day per month worked
• Weekends off
• Benefits Allowance available after 6 months
