What You’ll Do:
• Track inventory and manage product fulfillment, ensuring everything’s on point.
• Handle payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Tackle daily admin tasks like scheduling, reporting, and general office support.
• Bonus if you’ve got HR skills, but it’s not a must!
• Dive into special projects related to our mentorship and virtual assistant programs.
• Work with Podio CRM and Ready Mode dialer—experience with these is a big plus!
Must be able to speak with clients , handle questions and complaints.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in an admin or office management role (fast-paced environments are a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and CRM software like Podio.
• Ready Mode dialer and Versium Reach experience is a huge bonus.
