Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain real estate databases and records.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property listings.
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about properties.
• Track and manage transaction timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
Facilitate the completion of paperwork for property transactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Can work 9-5pm EST
