Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Sales Specialist to support our real estate operations, primarily focusing on comparable analysis, lead generation, and cold calling.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional English proficiency, minimal to no accent, and professional phone skills.
This role requires familiarity with real estate software and a proactive approach to client interactions.
You will be working directly with the executive staff of the business.

Key Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral or minimal accent.
• Proven experience in real estate tasks such as comparable analysis, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Familiarity with tools like PropStream, REIsimpli, or comparable CRM platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for power outages or connectivity issues.
• Past experience in remote work.
• Must be available to work during Central Timezone for dialing leads and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough comparable market analyses using tools like PropStream and other real estate software.
• Cold Calling: Perform cold calling to generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
• CRM Update: Manage and update the CRM (e.g., REIsimpli) with lead information and follow-ups.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports on lead generation and market trends.

• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Work Schedule:
• Part-time: 20 hours per week.
• Must be available to work during Central Timezone for dialing leads and cold calling.
Compensation:
Starting salary: ~$7 per hour (approximately $600 per month).
Opportunity for commission-based bonuses after a 90-day evaluation period, based on performance and business impact.
