Real Estate Acquisition & Sales Specialist (Remote)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition & Sales Specialist to join our team! This remote position is perfect for a professional with experience working with real estate investors, wholesalers, and direct client interactions. If you have a strong real estate background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Engage with and respond to warm inbound leads from Google Pay Per Lead Marketing.
Acquire off-market properties by building rapport with sellers and making competitive offers.
Collaborate with real estate investors, wholesalers, and sellers to negotiate favorable deals.
Conduct property evaluations, run comparables (comps), and analyze investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and industry professionals.
Oversee the entire acquisition and sales process—from initial outreach to closing.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional approach in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales).
Proven experience working with real estate investors and wholesalers is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills—must be able to close deals efficiently.
Fluent English speaker with no accent—clear and professional phone communication.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate tools (e.g., PropStream, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
