We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Researcher / Title Searcher / Skip Tracer to join our team and help uncover valuable property insights that drive our investment and development strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth property ownership and title research using county public records and online databases.
Investigate deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, and tax assessments for due diligence purposes.
Gather and analyze foreclosure records, tax lien data, and probate filings.
Utilize GIS mapping tools and property research platforms.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
Assist in due diligence for acquisitions, feasibility studies, and legal risk assessments.
Use

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in real estate research, foreclosure/auction or property analysis.
Familiarity with county public records, tax assessor data, and legal property documents.
Proficiency in real estate research tools such as MLS, GIS Mapping, Skip tracing, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience building family trees
Identifying next of kin
