Real Estate Research Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong interest in real estate to join our team, focusing on foreclosure and trustee sales research. This part-time role offers the potential for a full-time transition and long-term growth within our company.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on foreclosure and trustee sales, gathering critical property information.
Call recorders' offices to confirm details and obtain relevant property data.
Assist with various tasks as needed, especially those requiring a quick turnaround.
Requirements:

Proficiency with computers, Google Sheets, and CRMs.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to conduct detailed research with high accuracy.
Flexibility to accommodate urgent miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
Preferred experience in the real estate industry.

Work Hours:
Flexible working hours, with the requirement to be available for urgent tasks as needed.
Daily check-ins to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Compensation:
Approximately $800 per month, based on experience.
Availability: Monday through Sunday
