Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Property Research Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting selling agents of properties, gathering critical information about tenants and property conditions, and supporting our real estate research efforts. If you’re organized, communicative, and comfortable making phone calls to collect data, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to selling agents of listed properties to gather detailed information.
• Inquire about current tenant details, including how much tenants are paying in rent.
• Collect data on the condition of properties, such as:
• Roof condition
• Interior condition
• Updates to plumbing and electrical systems
• Any other relevant maintenance or upgrade history
• Record and organize information accurately for review by the team.
• Collaborate with another Virtual Assistant who compiles property lists to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all interactions with agents.
• Perform additional administrative or research tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence making phone calls.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ask follow-up questions to gather complete information.
• Basic computer skills for data entry (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or in real estate is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
