Real Estate Research Assistant – Section 8 & Multi-Family Property Deals

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Research Assistant to help us find promising Section 8 rental properties and multi-family apartment investment opportunities across the United States. This is a remote, freelance position ideal for someone with experience in real estate market research, property analysis, or wholesaling.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify Section 8-approved houses in selected markets

Find off-market and listed multi-family apartment deals (duplexes, triplexes, 4+ units)

Compile and organize property details including:

Address, price, number of units/bedrooms/bathrooms

Current rent or rent potential (especially for Section 8)

Cap rate, cash-on-cash return, occupancy rate (if available)

Contact info for sellers or listing agents

Deliver weekly reports with vetted property leads
