Overview:
We are a dynamic real estate team based in the San Francisco Bay area, seeking an experienced Real Estate Prospector and Follow-Up Specialist. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for customer service and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Your main responsibility will be to connect with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and assisting with their real estate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly call clients to check on their well-being and discuss any real estate goals.
• Extend invitations to clients for our various events.
• Address client queries and provide knowledgeable responses.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions effectively.
• Participate in cold calling, prospecting, nurturing, and follow-ups.
• Use scripts efficiently to engage and assist clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, particularly in telephone-based roles.
• Proficiency in CRM, VOIP services, and telecommunication tools like Google Voice and
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Google GSuite, Chime/Lofty CRM, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work full-time with a reliable and fast internet connection.
• Working PST
