Real Estate Property Manager/Admin/SMS Marketing Specialist

I own a medium sized real estate investing business. We have 4 in house construction crews and run 4-5 projects at a time. I am in need of a real estate admin/property manager who can also pull property lists and run our SMS campaign. I have multiple rentals at this point in time and have been managing it myself up until this point. This is currently a part-time position that can turn into a full-time position with increased role in my company. Salary starts at $3/hr and will increase dependent on previous experience. Hours will vary based on tasks each week. All software used will be provided.

Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience
Previous experience of SMS/texting platforms such as REI reply/Launch Control and property data software like Batch Leads and Propstream
Know how to use microsoft/google apps, property management softwares, calendly, quickbooks, Facebook, whatsapp, etc.
Ability to work during 8-5 EST
Can speak fluent English
Willingness to learn and continue to grow with the company

Here is a list of some tasks I would need assistance with on a weekly basis:

Set up property management software and onboard all current and new tenants
Send purchase agreements to clients
Send leases to residents
Answer emails
Coordinate and pay utilities
Coordinate maintenance calls
Answer incoming calls
Answer text messages
Upload new properties to rental sites and our FB page
Rental registrations
Data entry and receipt collection for each construction project
Payroll for current contractors
Help with scope of work/materials purchases
Running SMS campaigns
Help pull property lists from Batch Leads or other softwares
