Real Estate Property Locator Needed - Excellent English Speaker for Researching, Outreach, Scheduling/Taking Sales Calls

Our company is looking for a candidate who is reliable and detail oriented to join our growing team!

Someone who has:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
- Experience making and taking sales calls is encouraged
- Experience using property websites such as Zillow, Apartments.com, etc. is HIGHLY encouraged
- Experience using Zoho CRM is HIGHLY encouraged
- Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus


Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.


We are looking for a part time employee with the opportunity to be hired on full time by the end of 2024

Tasks:
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

The tasks below include what a majority of your day will consist of but is not limited! There will be additional needs and more opportunities for you to grow within the company as time progresses.

- Conduct market research on US cities potential profitability and rent prices
- Research US cities rules and regulations for short term rentals. You may need to call city offices and speak with representatives. Update document with your findings
- Contact US landlords through property sites such as Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.
- Schedule and take calls with landlords and their representatives to pitch our business model
- Input and track all leads through our CRM and upload onto our Wordpress website on a daily basis
- Follow up with leads on a consistent basis through text and email

We are a company dedicated to servicing our clients by locating profitable properties for rent throughout the US. The properties will be utilized as Airbnb's and it's our job to find owners/landlords and management companies/representatives who are open to this type of lease structure!
