Key responsibilities:
Image editing:
Correcting exposure, contrast, and color balance to optimize image quality.
Removing unwanted objects like clutter, or temporary signage.
Adjusting perspective to correct distortion from wide-angle lenses.
Utilizing HDR blending techniques to capture a wider range of tones.
Window Pull
Virtual staging:
Digitally adding furniture and decor to empty rooms to help potential buyers visualize the space.
Sky replacement:
Replacing dull or overcast skies with more visually appealing ones, particularly for exterior shots.
Image enhancement:
Enhancing landscaping features like grass and foliage.
Improving details on architectural elements like windows and doors.
Applying subtle filters to enhance the aesthetic appeal.
Composition adjustments:
Cropping images to improve framing and focus on key features.
Straightening lines and aligning elements for a balanced composition.
Quality control:
Ensuring edited images are consistent with the original property and meet industry standards.
Checking for any errors or inconsistencies before final delivery.
Required skills:
Proficient photo editing software: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is essential.
Attention to detail: Ability to identify and correct minor imperfections in images.
Creativity and aesthetic sense: Understanding how to enhance the visual appeal of a property through editing.
Technical skills: Familiarity with image formats, resolution requirements, and file management.
May collaborate with real estate photographers to discuss editing needs and provide feedback.
May work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Able to create 2-3 minute videos
Edit raw footage into polished videos
Create thumbnails to enhance video content
Add captions and visual enhancements
Maintain a library of video footage
Stay up to date with editing tools and industry trends
Manage multiple projects efficiently.
**Must be proficient in English and follow directions**
**Workload is 2-7 projects per day with a same day turnaround**
