We’re looking for skilled Real Estate Photo Editors to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional media with a quick turnaround.

What You’ll Do:
• Daily Photo Editing: Edit, touch-up, and enhance real estate photos with high attention to detail
• Virtual Staging: Add virtual furniture and decor to showcase the property’s potential.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all images meet our high standards before final delivery.
• Deadline Management: Meet next-day turnaround times for all projects.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other editors and team members to maintain consistency and quality.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with new tools, techniques, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Edit all assigned photos according to company standards and within deadlines.
• Use appropriate tools to manipulate photos for optimal quality.
• Organize, plan, and manage your editing workload efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive output.
• Stay informed on the latest photo editing technology and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years as an Photo Editor, with proficiency in real estate media.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Independence: Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including day, midday, and night (CST).
• Fast Internet: Capability to share and upload large files daily
• Computer Setup: Must have your own up-to-date computer or laptop.

Essential Real Estate Editing Skills:
• 5-Bracket HDR blending and Flambient blending
• White balance, color correction, and color cast removal.
• Lens correction and straightening (vertical and horizontal).
• Cropping and resizing.
• TV screen and fire graphic replacement.

Photo Enhancements:
• Sky enhancement and replacement (both exterior and interior).
• Window retouching/masking.
• Lawn enhancement and replacement.

Advanced Techniques:
• Manual blending and flambient blending.
• Advanced object removal.
• A range of techniques for handling revision requests and complex edits.
