Real Estate HDR Photo Editor
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HDR Photo Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high dynamic range (HDR) photos of real estate properties, ensuring that images are delivered with exceptional quality within a 24-36 hour timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and enhance HDR photos to highlight the unique features of real estate properties while maintaining a natural and realistic look.
Collaborate with photographers and real estate agents to understand specific property highlights and client preferences.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality images, adhering to a 24-36 hour turnaround time.
Manage multiple photo editing projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every image.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in HDR photography to continually improve editing quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Photo Editor with a strong portfolio of HDR real estate photography.
Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of HDR photography principles, including exposure blending, color correction, item removal, perspective straightening, blue sky, lawn enhancement, TV Screen replacement, Virtual Fire.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with photographers and agents effectively.
