JOB OVERVIEW

Hermann London Real Estate Group is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our brand and drive creative strategies! If you have a keen eye for design, social media, and storytelling—and are passionate about the real estate industry—this could be the perfect role for you.

Position: Marketing Assistant
Type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week)
Pay: $7 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Graphic Design Experience: Ability to create visually appealing materials that align with brand identity.
• Brand Design Knowledge: Understanding of brand aesthetics and consistency across platforms.
• Social Media Marketing Knowledge: Skilled with social media techniques like hashtags, trends, and engagement strategies.
Email Marketing: Experience with crafting and managing email campaigns.
• Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT to enhance content creation.
• Automation Skills (Go High Level preferred): Experience is a plus but not essential.
• Creative Writing Skills: Craft engaging captions and storytelling content.
• Communication & Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive & Innovative Mindset: Brings fresh ideas to our brand’s marketing efforts.
• Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate terminology is advantageous.
• WordPress Experience: Comfortable creating and managing posts.
• Digital Marketing Background: Knowledgeable in digital marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials from templates or design from scratch.
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar.
• Post across various social media platforms and distribute content using Go High Level.
• Publish posts on WordPress.
• Design flyers, presentations, and promotional materials that reflect our brand.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage our audience.
