Real Estate PHOTO Editor (HDR)

You must be an experienced and detail-oriented **REAL ESTATE PHOTO EDITOR**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

1. At least 3 years of experience in real estate photo editing, specifically with HDR photography.
2. Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
3. Command of the English language.
4. Do not use AI to draft a reply to me - I can detect it and your reply will be deleted.

I am seeking someone that understands how to work with RAW files and process them using HDR techniques that will produce a final image similar to what I have been delivering to my clients for 3 years. After editing the photos, you will be required to upload the final edits to our photo delivery platform, sort the photos, and complete some administrative tasks to send photos to our customers (no customer interaction).

Below are specific instructions. Please understand that if you do not follow the instructions below exactly, we will NOT read your response.

INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):

In your response, you must send me examples of only your real estate work. I do not want to see a link to a bunch of folders with different type of work. I only want to see your actual past real estate photo editing work. If you send me a link and I see other type of work, I will immediately discard your application. Include the word aperture in the first line of your response, or change the email subject to 'shutterbug'. Next, tell me how many HDR real estate photos you have edited in the last 12 months. Lastly, please tell me if you also have experience with real estate video editing.

I will go through every submission that follows instructions. If you are not contacted by me within a day or two of your application, it likely means you did not follow instructions or lack the qualifications required. Finally, if you read all the way to the end of this, let me know if you want some test images for you to edit and I will be happy to provide some from a shoot I did some time ago.
