We are hiring multiple Real Estate professionals fluent in both Spanish and English!
About the Role:
Customer Service Representative for Leasing/Sales, Collections, and Administrative Support.
Engage daily with current and prospective tenants via phone and
Coordinate tasks in Asana, ensuring clear communication with the appropriate team or individual.
Perform data entry and provide general administrative support.
Utilize tools such as AppFolio, RingCentral, Asana, Outlook, and Teams.
Work Setup & Compensation:
Fully Remote position.
Work Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM CST.
Salary: Based on experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work independently, stay productive, and meet deadlines.
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise.
Reliable internet connection, laptop, and headset for calls.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken, written, and reading).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally with a US-based company. Experience in property management is a plus but not required.
A proactive problem solver who takes initiative before seeking assistance.
