Real Estate Marketing VA

Are you a skilled marketing professional with experience in real estate content management? We're seeking a Part-Time Real Estate Marketing VA to handle our cross-platform content distribution and optimization. This role is perfect for someone who excels in content repurposing, social media management, and maintaining a consistent online presence. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate marketing, we want you on our team!

What you'll do:
* Repurpose and distribute content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Nextdoor, and homesbyrise.com
* Create and publish community-centered content (1-2 posts weekly)
* Transform YouTube content into engaging blog posts for our website
* Manage Just Listed/Just Sold announcements with creative copywriting
* Update and optimize our Google Business Profile regularly
* Create and distribute email newsletters
* Source and edit content for social media posts and stories
* Tag relevant community members and partners in social posts
* Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

What you'll bring:
* Strong real estate marketing experience
* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Proficiency in content repurposing and optimization
* Experience with multiple social media platforms
* Strong copywriting and editing skills
* Understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule: Part-Time, 20hrs/week (TBD)
