7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST
7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our agents and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Dialer List Management
- Organize, maintain, and optimize dialer lists for efficient outreach.
- Regularly update and categorize lists to ensure accuracy and productivity.
2. Client Communication
- Conduct client outreach via text for updates, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication to foster relationships with clients and leads.
3. Administrative Assistance
- Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and transaction record maintenance.
- Provide ongoing support to agents, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
4. Software Proficiency
- Use Follow Up Boss to manage client data, track communications, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Stay proficient in the software to maximize team productivity and client satisfaction.
5. Transaction Coordination
- Assist in preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
- Develop and format professional listing presentations to support agents.
6. Listing Coordination
- Post listings on third-party platforms with precision and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using real estate software such as Follow Up Boss.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
