Full-Time Real Estate Leads Manager, Dispositions Manager & Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Real Estate Leads Manager, Dispositions Manager & Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position requires expertise in real estate lead generation, dispositions (selling properties), and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing both inbound and outbound communication, handling cold and warm leads, negotiating sales, and performing a variety of administrative duties. Excellent English fluency (with little to no accent) is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Effectively manage and nurture both cold and warm leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a strong pipeline.
Cold Calling & Follow-Ups: Make outbound calls to potential buyers, introduce properties, and consistently follow up to convert leads into sales.
Dispositions Management: Manage the sale of real estate properties, engage with potential buyers, negotiate offers, and successfully close deals.
Administrative Support: Handle office tasks such as answering calls, responding to
CRM & Lead Tracking: Use platforms like Disco (or similar CRM tools) to track and manage leads, monitor sales progress, and generate reports.
Marketing & Content Creation: Assist with marketing tasks, including creating content for property listings, social media, and
General Office Support: Provide organizational support for business operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
Experience as a Real Estate Leads Manager & Dispositions Manager: Proven experience in managing leads, making calls to potential buyers, and successfully selling real estate properties.
Fluent in English: Must have excellent English fluency with little to no accent to ensure clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Cold Calling & Negotiation Skills: Comfortable making outbound calls, engaging buyers, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Proficiency with Disco (or similar CRM tools): Experience using CRM software to track, manage, and report on leads and transactions.
Excellent Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and real estate CRM platforms.
Strong Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection is essential for effective communication and remote work.
Availability to Work U.S. Hours: Must be available to work U.S. business hours.
