We're a family-owned land investment business helping property owners across America find solutions for their unused land. Our team believes in enthusiasm, dependability, and growth - both for our clients and our people.
Your Role:
Run our SMS text marketing campaign on Launch Control
Guide potential sellers through our acquisition process
Manage our lead pipeline using Pebble CRM
Support and eventually lead our cold calling/texting team
Schedule qualified appointments for our acquisition team
Record and review team calls for continuous improvement
Work US Eastern hours (9am-5pm)

What Makes You Perfect:
Experience managing multiple leads in real estate investing
Strong communication skills and natural relationship builder
Excellent English (written and verbal)
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Experience with land investing/Pebble CRM, Ready Mode and Launch Control is a bonus!

Compensation:
Base pay: $3-4.5/hour
Quarterly profit sharing based on team performance
