Job Title: Real Estate Lead Coordinator & Systems Manager

We help homeowners quickly sell their properties, and as we continue to scale, we are looking for a skilled and highly organized individual to streamline our operations, manage leads, and support our growth efforts. You will work closely with ownership to create systems, build our buyers list, and ensure our lead-to-close process runs smoothly.

Role Overview:
As the Real Estate Lead Coordinator & Systems Manager, you will be integral to our operations. Your role will include following up on all incoming real estate leads, qualifying them, setting appointments, and coordinating all aspects of the lead process. You'll assist with gathering comparables, managing our buyers list, and ensuring that contracts and transactions are handled smoothly. In addition, you’ll help develop systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Follow-Up: Follow up on all incoming leads via phone and email, qualify them, and set appointments with interested sellers or buyers.
Buyers List Development & Management: Build, organize, and manage our buyers list, ensuring it’s updated regularly. Send out properties to qualified buyers and maintain strong relationships.
Provide Comparables: Gather and provide property comparables (comps) to buyers and ensure they have all necessary details for decision-making.
Systems & SOP Creation: Collaborate with ownership to develop and implement systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to scale the business.
Coordinate Contracts & Transactions: Work with the sales team to coordinate contract signings, collaborate with transaction coordinators, and ensure smooth processing of deals.
Marketing & Communications: Create marketing materials using Google Docs, manage outreach efforts, and ensure timely, professional communication with leads and buyers.
Organize Leads: Use GoHighLevel and other tools to manage, track, and organize leads effectively. Assign leads to the appropriate team members and follow up regularly.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team and transaction coordinators to ensure leads are moving through the pipeline and deals are closing efficiently.
Qualifications:

Real Estate Experience: Proven experience in real estate, specifically in wholesaling or flipping properties.
Strong Phone Skills: Comfortable on the phone, able to engage leads, ask qualifying questions, and build relationships.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track leads, contracts, and marketing materials efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using systems like GoHighLevel to manage leads, track tasks, and schedule appointments. Strong technical skills and fast internet connection required. Noise-canceling headphones are essential.
Marketing Experience: Experience creating and managing marketing materials, especially with tools like Google Docs.
Independent & Proactive: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and develop systems with minimal supervision.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in lead management, contracts, and communication.
