Position Overview:
The Real Estate Lead Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lead generation and deal pipeline process, leveraging systems like Deal Automator to identify opportunities and communicate with potential sellers. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Company Overview:
We are a real estate investment company focused on the rent-and-hold strategy, specializing in acquiring and managing long-term rental properties. Our portfolio currently includes three properties, with an aim to expand strategically within specific zip codes. We utilize modern tools and systems to streamline our operations and require a proactive assistant to help manage leads and grow our portfolio.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate lead management, sales pipeline management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, especially Deal Automator, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in long-term rentals, is a plus.
• Experience in working with remote teams and clients with vision impairments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Deal Automator or similar CRMs to identify, manage, and qualify property leads based on predefined criteria.
• Coordinate and manage marketing efforts, including requesting the system to send postcards to targeted sellers.
• Handle inbound calls from prospective sellers, follow a provided script, and collect essential details for purchase agreements.
• Maintain and organize the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are documented, categorized, and followed up on appropriately.
• Collaborate with the client to refine lead management strategies and support portfolio expansion.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing lead generation performance and campaign effectiveness.
Salary and Terms:
Estimated salary: $1,200 - $1,500/month based on experience.
Position Type: Full-time, remote (40 hours per week).
Payment Frequency: Twice a month (1st and 15th).
Work Schedule: Central Time Zone (United States).
