Real Estate Lead Manager

Southern Acres is a real estate investment company specializing in purchasing vacant land at a discount and exploring residential development opportunities in North and South Carolina.

We’re looking for a Real Estate Lead Manager to manage Smarter Contact campaigns, connect with potential sellers through text and phone, and qualify leads. As our company grows, we are seeking a long-term teammate who can thrive and advance within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in acquisitions or wholesaling. You should be comfortable using CRM systems like Smarter Contact and Follow-Up Boss. Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are essential, along with being detail-oriented and tech-savvy to effectively manage our tools.

Compensation: $700 - $1000/month + Commission + Quarterly bonus. Fully remote with EST hours.
