We focus on connecting with other real estate wholesaling individuals or companies in our markets of operations in order to accumulate property inventory that we can help them sell to our network of vetted and qualified real estate investors.
Role Overview:
As a Remote Virtual Dispositions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our wholesaling operation. You will be focused on completing research in order to find potential real estate investors that we can work with, reaching out to those investors, and qualifying interested investors in order to add them to our network of buyers for our sales reps to sell properties to. This position is ideal for someone who loves talking to and connecting with other people, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research & Data Collection: Utilize software such as Propwire to identify completed fix n flips by investors in our target market.
- Owner Identification: Research and locate the owners of LLCs involved in property purchases using
- Skip Tracing: Use tools like TruePeopleSearch to find contact information for LLC owners.
- Database Management: Compile and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets of cash buyers and upload them into the company CRM.
- Outreach: TEXT AND CALL identified cash buyers to qualify them as potential investors.
- Communication / Qualification: Engage in high-level conversations with real estate investors to gather investment criteria for our Dispositions Team.
- Efficiency: Complete all tasks efficiently and accurately to build a robust list of real estate investors.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Phone Experience: Experience speaking with high value clients and managing important high value relationships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent grammar and communication skills, both written and oral.
- English Accent: Great english accent to build relationships with high value business clients.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage in sales and persuasive communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick adaptability to new software, including CRM systems and real estate platforms.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate industry and investment processes.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Dedication: Highly motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently.
