Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team in the real estate wholesaling industry. The primary focus of this role is cold calling outreach to identify and qualify potential leads. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume cold calling outreach to generate and qualify leads (Primary Responsibility).
- Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate lead data and follow-up.
- Conduct data entry and maintain organized lead information.
- Perform virtual driving for dollars to identify potential investment opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- C2 (Advanced/Mastery) English Score preferred
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Experience with PDF editing tools.
- Strong CRM management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.

Wages & Schedule:
- $6.00 USD per hour. 40 hours per week. Paid bi-weekly.
- $100.00 USD bonus for every closed transaction generated from leads.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (MST).
