Job Summary:
The Cold Caller/Real Estate Lead Specialist is responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, identifying prospects who are interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate, and generating qualified leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily calls to homeowners, buyers, or investors using a provided lead list.
• Lead Qualification: Ask questions to identify potential clients’ needs, motivation, and timeline for buying/selling property.
• Data Management: Accurately document call outcomes, contact details, and relevant client information in CRM software.
• Follow-Up: Schedule appointments, callbacks, or meetings for agents with interested and qualified leads.
• Objection Handling: Overcome objections and engage potential clients to build rapport and trust.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the real estate market trends to provide value to potential leads during conversations.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead and call quotas.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism on calls.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or cold-calling experience preferred (real estate experience is a plus).
• Comfortable with rejection and persistence in achieving targets.
• Ability to multitask and use CRM software.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Availability to work during prime calling hours.
Work Environment:
This position may be remote or in-office, depending on the company. You’ll likely need access to a phone, headset, and a computer with reliable internet.
