Looking for a Virtual Assistant to work with a growing Real Estate company. Tasks will include handling scheduled calls, performing client screenings, outgoing sales phonecalls, working within a CRM. Candidate must be comfortable, personable and professional on calls with potential clients. Organization, note taking, and managing multiple phone lines are key skills required for the role. Working hours will be 9 AM - 5PM (GMT+4 - Dubai), with fulltime hours available.
You will be calling a list of property owners and asking to see if they have had any thoughts of selling their property. If the answer is yes, you would ask details about the property and create a whatsapp group for client, and the agent you assign to the listing.
If the owner is not interested in selling, we would ask them if they would consider expanding their portfolio by buying more properties.
Every owner that agrees to sell creates a listing (property listing).
There will be a fixed salary of $600 a month + $15 bonus per lising (min 2 per week is expected; $120 a month minimum) + $200 bonus everytime one of your listings gets sold. This is a long term position and there will be a snow-ball effect. The more listings, the more closings, which means you can make much much more in the future.
